Reviews and Ratings
My stay at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were very clean and spacious, offering lots of storage space, but the thin walls and windows made it noisy from the street and neighboring rooms. The room was large but lacked seating. The service was excellent, with a kind gesture of a complimentary bottle of wine to make up for any disappointment. The location was amazing, close to great shopping and dining options. However, parking was limited to valet or street parking. The dining options were limited, but there were great alternatives nearby within walking distance. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for improvements.
I had a wonderful view out of my room, though paying $600 per night was a bit steep, having paid already $300 per night at another JDV property. The service was out of this world with hand-crafted cocktails and lovely staff. The location in Japantown, SF was perfect for accessing various spots, though I wished for more standing space in the room. The dining was good but only included breakfast without many coffee options. Overall, the experience had some highs and lows, making it a mixed bag.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and nice, but not soundproof from hallway noise. The service was friendly and helpful, except for some instances of unhelpful behavior. The location was convenient for exploring the city, although noise from a nearby business was bothersome. The dining options were limited but good value. Overall, a decent hotel with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet at a very reasonable price. However, the construction noise in the morning was a bit disturbing. The service was pleasant, and the staff was welcoming and very helpful. The location was amazing, close to many attractions, but could have had more standing space. The dining offerings were healthy but pricey, with limited options. The facilities were well-kept, enhancing my stay.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean and bright, but there was a weird smell in the air, and it seemed like they were redesigned on a budget, lacking adequate lighting, drawers, and closets. The old windows and mismatched furniture gave a dated feel to the room.
The hotel had very clean and spacious rooms with lots of storage space, but the inconvenience of not having bottled water readily available was a downside. The service was attentive and friendly, though the unfriendliness we encountered during luggage handling was a disappointment. The location was fantastic, with easy access to historic Japantown and other attractions. The dining options were a bit pricey but found good alternatives nearby.
